Scope

This policy applies to the Coffee Cup AI media room at coffee-cup-ai.pages.dev/media-room/ and its media-room policy pages. The main Coffee Cup AI website and external services have their own privacy information.

The media room publishes company information, source links, press-release references and a map. It does not contain an account system, checkout, advertising form, or on-page contact form.

Information that may be processed

Hosting and security data. Cloudflare, which hosts the page, may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, date and time, network information, and security or performance events.

Information you choose to send. The page includes email links. If you email Coffee Cup AI, the message, address, attachments and any information you include are processed through the applicable email service so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered.

Third-party interaction data. If you load the Google Maps embed, open an external source, or visit a cloud-hosted press release, that provider may receive technical and interaction information under its own policy.

How information is used

• Deliver, maintain and secure the media room.
• Diagnose errors, abuse or availability problems.

Third-party services and links

Cloudflare. Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and security services for the media room.

Google Maps. The media-room home page contains a Google Maps iframe. Loading or interacting with it may allow Google to process device, network, cookie and map-interaction data under Google’s policies.

Cloud-hosted press releases. Current and future releases may be displayed in an iframe and may also open on another cloud host. That host controls its own technical logging, cookies and privacy practices.

External source pages. Links to Coffee Cup AI, company reference sites, social platforms or other sources take you to independently operated websites. Their policies apply after you leave this media room.

Cookies and browser storage

The authored media-room code does not set its own cookies and does not store visitor identifiers in local storage. Embedded or linked third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own settings and policies.

Your browser or privacy tools may let you block third-party content. Blocking an embed may prevent the map or a press-release viewer from loading, but the surrounding media-room page should remain available.

Retention and your choices

Email correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to answer the inquiry, maintain business records, resolve a dispute, or meet an applicable obligation. Hosting and security logs are retained under the provider’s operational settings.

You may choose not to use third-party embeds, may open only the sources you want to visit, and may limit the information included in an email. Privacy questions or requests concerning information held directly by Coffee Cup AI may be sent to the address below.

Children’s privacy

The media room is a business and press resource intended for a general professional audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and Coffee Cup AI does not knowingly use it to collect personal information from children.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when the media room, its release system, its service providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
